Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases made on the Verdinova shop: fresh products, one-off orders, subscriptions, delivery, payment and the loyalty programme.

1. Seller and scope

The shop tienda.verdinova.es is operated by Verdinova, an activity dedicated to growing and selling fresh microgreens in Madrid. These terms apply to every order placed on the shop by an individual or a professional customer.

By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. They may be supplemented by specific information displayed on a product page, subscription page or checkout step.

2. Fresh products and availability

Verdinova offers microgreens, mixes, related products and subscription offers. Products are living or very fresh: availability depends on harvests, crop planning, production conditions and real stock.

  • A product shown as available may be limited in quantity.
  • A product in production or preorder will be delivered according to the estimated date shown during purchase.
  • Photos are indicative: natural appearance, cut, volume and colour may vary depending on the harvest.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will offer a replacement, postponement or refund.

3. Customer account

Some features, such as order tracking, saved addresses, subscriptions and loyalty, require a customer account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential.

If delivery information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or impossible.

4. Orders

An order becomes firm when you confirm the cart and payment is validated. An email or confirmation page summarises the key details: products, quantities, price, address, delivery method and status.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious error, unavailability, suspected fraud, payment incident or inability to deliver to the requested area.

5. Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the shop. Taxes, discounts, delivery fees and any loyalty benefits are calculated before payment confirmation.

We may change prices at any time, but products already ordered are charged at the price displayed when the order was confirmed, except in case of obvious error.

6. Secure payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Verdinova does not store full card numbers. Payment must be authorised before the order is prepared, unless a specific professional agreement applies.

If payment fails or is refused, the order may be suspended or cancelled.

7. Delivery and pickup

Deliveries are made within the areas served by Verdinova, mainly Madrid and nearby areas depending on operational availability. Time slots and delivery times are indicative because they may depend on harvests, weather, traffic or a logistics incident.

  • The customer must provide a complete address, reachable phone number and any useful access information.
  • Fresh products must be received promptly and stored according to the recommendations provided.
  • If delivery fails because the customer is absent or access is impossible, a new delivery may be charged or refused.

8. Perishable products, returns and refunds

Microgreens are fresh and perishable products. Withdrawal rights may not apply to products liable to deteriorate quickly. Returns are therefore not accepted for a simple change of mind after preparation or delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, non-compliant or unfit for consumption, contact us quickly with the order number and, if possible, a photo. After review, we may offer a replacement, credit or refund.

9. Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow customers to receive certain products or benefits regularly. The conditions of each offer, including price, frequency, discounts, duration, pause or cancellation, are shown before subscription.

When a subscription is paid online, renewal may be managed through Stripe. You can modify or cancel according to the options available in your account or by contacting us before the next preparation.

10. Loyalty programme and promotions

Points, rewards, promotional codes and loyalty benefits are granted according to the rules displayed on the shop. They may be subject to thresholds, expiry dates, exclusions or conditions of use.

Verdinova may correct a balance or cancel a benefit in case of technical error, abuse, fraud or return/refund of the relevant order.

11. Liability

Verdinova undertakes to prepare products with care and provide reasonable information about storage and use. The customer remains responsible for storage after receipt, maintaining cold-chain conditions where necessary and using the products appropriately.

We are not responsible for indirect damage, loss of business or consequences linked to improper storage, an incorrect address, absence during delivery or non-compliant use.

12. Personal data

Personal data required for orders, payments, deliveries, accounts and subscriptions is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Applicable law and contact

These terms are drafted for the Verdinova shop operated from Spain. If a difficulty arises, please contact us first so we can look for an amicable solution.
